The one and only thing I extremely hate about car buying is the illusive mysterious man in the booth who crunches the numbers and determines the price for the vehicle. This person you don't actually meet and I find it less then amusing for Austin to keep going back and forth between me and the mysterious man in the booth that I never met. Super irritating! Made me get up and. Storm out of the dealership after wasting four hours for nothing! I waited a day or so to cool off and calm down from the dealings with mystery man. Returned to the dealership optimistic and continued to deal with Austin. This time things went much better and I feel Austin did an amazing job keeping the peace.
