Genesis Purchase I visited Murdock Hyundai late October 2017 to turn in a leased vehicle. Dain Murdock, my sales person told me that I would need to purchase another I visited Murdock Hyundai late October 2017 to turn in a leased vehicle. Dain Murdock, my sales person told me that I would need to purchase another vehicle or be required to pay a significant disposition fee on my lease. After looking around I fell in love with and purchased a Genesis. From that point, several things happened that I think could be learning lessons for both parties. There were several line items on the offer sheet that were sold to me as required and were in fact optional. I did not appreciate that. Also, the vehicle I chose did not satisfy the requirements for the disposition fee. To me it is unethical to bait someone with waiving the disposition fee and then fail to inform the person the vehicle they chose does not satisfy the requirements. Lastly Dain only had one key on hand for the new vehicle and promised to get me a second. As of mid-November after leaving messages I still only have the one key. Despite all this I have had good luck with Murdock in the past and may still purchase from them again. However, I would be less trusting and be absolutely certain to verify everything before signing the dotted line. More

I have not been completely turned around on my pre conceived notion of the average car salesman. But Jason Creech is not your average car salesman. I went to several other stores first and it was the same old games. He just spoke to me like an adult and He saved me money several different ways just by asking a few questions.
