Staff was friendly and attentive from Reception (Gold Star) and Service, my Salesman JR Mabey was very attentive to my questions and patient with me, he seemed to know the Hyundai cars very well but who can know everything about these cars nowadays?!, that's why the Owners Manual is THICK with information. If you are looking for another vehicle, do NOT hesitate to talk with JR and the Staff at Murdock. More

The sales team works hard to hide defects during the sell process. They only care about the bottom line. I was sold a used vehicle that appeared in decent shape. After the lengthy process I discovered a past accident hidden, a major oil leak, and the driver seat completely falling apart which was held in place by the salesman during the test drive. The sway bars were loose and clunking and after a promised tank of gas they failed to fill it up. I called and texted the salesman to look at options and received no response. When I returned to fix the situation the sales manager walked past me twice with no greeting after being requested to come speak with me. Once face to face he played a role of ignorance regarding policies to used car sales and options to remedies. He refused the return option of course and then demanded $900 to fix a leaking oil pan and oil filter housing gasket. After much talk and complaints, apparently Mr Murdock himself authorized $500 to help with the repair on the lemon sold to me. Overall, terrible experience. Never again will I shop Murdock. They lack integrity and care nothing for the customer. More

He explained every step of the process as well as a lot of stuff about how Hybrids work that I have since forgotten. Never pushy or impatient. A family friend recommend I call Jason and now I recommend him to everyone looking for a car. More
