Very Forthright I needed to trade in a vehicle that did not work for my wife. The Jeep we had was too difficult to get in and out of for her but we still needed an S I needed to trade in a vehicle that did not work for my wife. The Jeep we had was too difficult to get in and out of for her but we still needed an SUV. Jason Creech took the time to pull up every 4 wheel drive Hyundai Made for us to try. He definitely went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. I would highly recommend. More

Not really a “no regrets” dealer We purchased a used 2016 Kia Sedona from Murdock and they were supposed to fix the paint damage, which they did, but it took them 3 weeks and 2 paint We purchased a used 2016 Kia Sedona from Murdock and they were supposed to fix the paint damage, which they did, but it took them 3 weeks and 2 paint jobs to get it right. They did provide a rental car after the first week we were without a vehicle... so that was nice. They were supposed to get us cost on a new key, and still have not. They told us that the van went through a 100+ point inspection before we bought in and since then we have had issues with the rear seat belt (600 dollars to replace), the backup sensors (350 dollars to replace), we have replaced 2 tires that were dry rotted(340 dollars to replace), and will likely have to replace the other two before long, and we have had to have the vehicle aligned (150 dollars)... We have owned the vehicle for ~ 4 months. This dealership is no different from any other that we have been to... No support after the sale unless it is specifically called out in a service contract. Make sure that you get everything in writing with these guys. I would NOT recommend them, and will never go back. More
