Avoid this place .No regrets or not they don't value custom I would have rated a big fat 0 star if i could have. Murdock hyundai dealership is the worst place to buy a car. I went in to buy my second car from them since my first purchase went well. Well not this time. I ended up buying a SUV from them which I asked for one that was AWD and a V6. About a month later i found out that my SUV did not come with those option. I asked for those things because I needed one that was good in the snow. When i found out I told them i wasn't happy with my purchase and now regret my purchase. I wanted and needed the things I thought i got on my SUV. I ended up escalating this to upper management since I wasn't getting anywhere with them and the manager Casey (who is the worst person in the world) told me that they didn't owe me anything at all regardless if his sales person lied to me. I was informed that the sales person i was working with was new and only been there a month and must of thought the FWD meant All wheel drive or four wheel drive. I told them that isn't my problem or fault as i am a women and don't know crap about cars but i do know FWD is front wheel drive and AWD is All wheel drive. And they need to better train their staff before letting them work with customers. Regardless what a horrible experience. Their advertisement of NO REGRETS doesn't exist and they don't want to make anything better. Its not their problem nor is it their fault to make an error on their part better. So here i am two months later looking to buy another car that fits my needs, elsewhere of course. I DO NOT recommend this dealership at all. Please learn from my experience and go elsewhere. Somewhere where they value their customers. Remember i was a returning customer and this is the treatment i got. More

Lied cheated and stole I went in to buy a car and couldnt do the paperwork that day, so I came in the next day and signed everything. Then I noticed with the loan they incr I went in to buy a car and couldnt do the paperwork that day, so I came in the next day and signed everything. Then I noticed with the loan they increased it over 1000. It was 2300 and they flipped the numbers to 3200. The manager wouldnt listen to me, and the loan agency wouldnt either. Then when I paid it all off they wouldnt send me my title. Its been over 2 months since its been paid off and now they lost it in the mail! I will never tell anyone to ever shop at Murdock Hyundai! I will never recommend the loan agency they partner with either! Wosrt experience ever! More
