We visited the Murdock Hyundai dealership to see the 7 passenger Santa Fe. We had visited once before to test drive one and were pleased with the performance of the car, but were also looking at the simil passenger Santa Fe. We had left our number with Murdock Hyundai to call us when the 6 passenger Limited Santa Fe was available. We received a call on Tuesday, April 9th and went to look that evening. We worked with Lynn Gaufin and were thoroughly impressed with her knowledge of Hyundai's history and all the features of the car. She explained the safety features and all of the benefits of the car very well. We ended up looking at the GLS version as well as the color and other option suit our family better. After reviewing the pricing of the car for lease, they were able to get the monthly payments exactly where we wanted them and we were thrilled to purchase the car! Working with Lynn was fun, she was personable and knowledgeable and compassionate. We were not planning on purchasing a car that night, and therefore had not eaten. My fiancé and I were both starving and Lynn ordered Dominos pizza for us since we were there so long looking at the vehicles and working through financing. Such a great experience, we would both highly recommend this dealership. The Santa Fe speaks for itself - such a beautiful car and such a nice ride. Thank you Lynn and thank you Murdock Hyundai!!! We truly feel that he genuinely cared about our desires and concerns with the car (Hyundai Veloster, Ultra Black!) and didn't try to just hawk one off to us. In choosing the car to test drive, and eventually buy, he let me decide on which one I liked most rather than shoving me into the most expensive one (which many other dealerships have oft tried - sometimes before I got out of my own vehicle!). When we finally decided on getting the car, he helped us in getting a great deal, and helped with lots of requests for quotes. We had a much more limited time with K. Blake Murdock and Bryan Orr, but they were both friendly and the former also seemed eager to help us get a great deal while the latter explained the finance stuff lucidly. Ultimately, they're service has been the best we have encountered throughout much of our car searching. More

I was mostly interested in buying a used vehicle; however, in the week or so prior to the purchase of my vehicle I was in correspondence with Alex via Email. He was very helpful with all of the questions that I had and he never made me feel like I was an annoyance that he had to deal with as part of the job. When I went in to look at cars and test drive I had my sister and brother-in-law come with me because they had done leasing before and I was very new to it. Alex handled all of their questions very professionally. It made me feel good to know that Alex was very knowledgeable about the vehicle that we were looking at. After test driving, we had a conversation with Benj who was also very helpful in my decision to lease through Murdock. Benj helped to get my payments to a monthly rate that I felt confident I could make. He also helped to answer additional questions that we had while Alex was working on getting the financing worked out for my lease. Alex and Benj made a great team. I then worked with Bryan Orr to complete the paperwork for my lease. He made sure that I understood what each document was. He also told me about a deal for maintenance of the vehicle. When we had an issue arise about oil changes and washes being included, he went to find someone and figure out exactly what I had been told and to make sure that we were on the same page before we continued any further. I would definitely send family and friends into the dealership because of the service that I received. I also plan on dealing with them in the future. More

When Ryan showed us that we could get the car we wanted for six thousand less, we quickly got serious. I thought we would have to get one of the premium models to get what we wanted in the car, but Ryan steered us to the base model that has a popular option package. It has all we want for much less than the premium models. I had done some Edmunds and Consumer Reports research on several different vehicles and versions of these vehicles. From this research, I had a good idea what would be a fair price. The first price offered by Ryan was a few dollars less than the fair price I had from my research. My wife and I were very happy and want ahead with the purchase. I'm happy to recommend Murdock Hyundai to others. More

Received great service from Greg Gibb and Josh. Josh answered my email request and spoke to me about all my questions of the 2013 Azera. They did not miss a beat with my purchase of the 2013 Azera even though the negotiations for the car were done through both of these gentlemen. Customer Service was very helpful as were all the employees I dealt with or spoke to, a very friendly atmosphere throught the dealership. My overall experience was excellent and so thanx for a seamless interface throughout my deal.
