We found our experience working with Alex very informative and satisfying. When we first met him on our test drive he spent time going over all the details and options that the Santa Fe had to off informative and satisfying. He answered all our questions about our new Santa Fe we bought, he explained all the "buttons" on the steering wheel and dashboard and other features the car had to offer. He helped us pair our phones with the blue tooth and what really was great about Alex is after we had our car a few days we had a couple of questions so we called him and he got right back to us and answered our questions. When our plates came in we drove to the dealership and when he saw us he grab the plates and put them on for us! My family was with me and we had a great time laughing and giving Alex a run for his money. We visited the Murdock Hyundai dealership to see the 7 passenger Santa Fe. We had visited once before to test drive one and were pleased with the performance of the car, but were also looking at the simil passenger Santa Fe. We had visited once before to test drive one and were pleased with the performance of the car, but were also looking at the similar Kia Sorento. We had left our number with Murdock Hyundai to call us when the 6 passenger Limited Santa Fe was available. We received a call on Tuesday, April 9th and went to look that evening. We worked with Lynn Gaufin and were thoroughly impressed with her knowledge of Hyundai's history and all the features of the car. She explained the safety features and all of the benefits of the car very well. We ended up looking at the GLS version as well as the color and other option suit our family better. After reviewing the pricing of the car for lease, they were able to get the monthly payments exactly where we wanted them and we were thrilled to purchase the car! Working with Lynn was fun, she was personable and knowledgeable and compassionate. We were not planning on purchasing a car that night, and therefore had not eaten. My fiancé and I were both starving and Lynn ordered Dominos pizza for us since we were there so long looking at the vehicles and working through financing. Such a great experience, we would both highly recommend this dealership. The Santa Fe speaks for itself - such a beautiful car and such a nice ride. Thank you Lynn and thank you Murdock Hyundai!!!
