I came to Alex at Hyundai in a desperate situation, where I needed to find a car within a 2 hour period early on a specific morning. I called him late the night before, and not only did Alex rearrange his schedule to meet with me early the next morning, but he made the entire process so absolutely smooth and enjoyable that I want to go back and do it again! He took time to answer all my questions and gave me an education on how leasing a car works. He spent time showing me all the features of the car and made me feel like me getting exactly what I wanted was what he wanted. I told him basically what I was looking for and he delivered it. He knew I only had a window of time before I needed to go to work and he was so quick and efficient in doing everything that leasing a car involves. Even with all my questions he managed to expedite things perfectly. I didn't have to stress about the financial end of it.. he just took care of it all and got me out in perfect time! ALEX ROCKS!!!! This Hyundai dealership has the most helpful, professional, efficient, and classy atmosphere and the whole operation runs like a well oiled machine. It's the best car buying experience YOU'LL EVER HAVE!! I got MORE car than I expected in my gorgeous Elantra with sweet gas mileage plus all the bells and whistles that come standard for LESS cost than I expected to pay! Honestly, can it get any better than that? And on top of it all, Alex didn't just lease me the Elantra and send me on my way, but he repeatedly reminded me to call him with any questions I ever have about anything in the future and to let him know when I'll be in for washes and oil changes. Before I left he even insisted on syncing my phone to the cars bluetooth system-uploading all my phone contacts and music to the car. He explained to me once again how to access the phone and music features. You can tell when a person genuinely cares about the client and when he doesn't. Alex genuinely cares and wants the client to leave happy! His goal is to get you the best vehicle for the best deal. He gets excited about his clients being happy and excited. He didn't pressure me at all but was very knowledgeable and answered all the questions and concerns I had. He was also helpful with my trade-in and the financing. He was up front about everything and didn't make any promises he couldn't keep. After making the purchase he came out to my new vehicle and paired my cell phone to the car and pointed out and explained different things to me and answered all the questions I had about the vehicle. We had a wonderful experience in your office. The Sales person Lynn was very cordial and helpful in closing the deal. She was very helpful in fixing the issues in the car. The only thing which did not happen as part of this deal was, there was no handholding or explanation about the car features eg, Blue tooth, and other good features of the car by your service mechanic. We knew we wanted a 2013 Sonata turbo, and when we couldn't find it in the color of our choice, he spent over a week trying to find one that he could get us from another dealership. He even had to look out of state. He was in contact with us often, keeping us updated on the process. We honestly weren't hopeful he could find one for us, but he did and it paid off. We love our new car! We did not expect the kind of service we received, and over the several weeks we worked with Mike, we realized we could trust him to help us get what we wanted at a fair price. We have a few family members in the market for new cars, and we have told them to go straight to this dealership and to ask for Mike. We have purchased many vehicles before and worked with many salesman, and we have never had such a positive experience.
