Just picked up our Veracruz. Great experience. We really hadn't planned on purchasing a vehicle the day we went looking but we had done an extensive amount of research on the type of vehicle and we knew what we wanted. I had been emailing back and forth with another dealership and we intended to go there after stopping at Murray Hyundai because your store was closest. After speaking with Rocky and looking at the vehicles, we were sold. The other gentlemen we worked with were also receptive to the fact we didn't really want the pitch, we just wanted what we wanted and nothing more. I can't remember the name of the other gentleman we spoke with but the overall feeling we got was that everyone was being straight with us and truly had a desire to give us the best deal for the best vehicle that fit our needs. The price and the monthly payment were a consideration as well but again, the staff made sure they didn't stop looking at the deal until all of our needs were met. I have been back to the dealership once for a car wash and it was a great experience as well. We will definitely purchase our next vehicle from this dealership. Thanks again folks! More

I came to Alex at Hyundai in a desperate situation, where I needed to find a car within a 2 hour period early on a specific morning. I called him late the night before, and not only did Alex rearrange his sc I needed to find a car within a 2 hour period early on a specific morning. He took time to answer all my questions and gave me an education on how leasing a car works. He spent time showing me all the features of the car and made me feel like me getting exactly what I wanted was what he wanted. I told him basically what I was looking for and he delivered it. He knew I only had a window of time before I needed to go to work and he was so quick and efficient in doing everything that leasing a car involves. Even with all my questions he managed to expedite things perfectly. I didn't have to stress about the financial end of it.. he just took care of it all and got me out in perfect time! ALEX ROCKS!!!! This Hyundai dealership has the most helpful, professional, efficient, and classy atmosphere and the whole operation runs like a well oiled machine. It's the best car buying experience YOU'LL EVER HAVE!! I got MORE car than I expected in my gorgeous Elantra with sweet gas mileage plus all the bells and whistles that come standard for LESS cost than I expected to pay! Honestly, can it get any better than that? And on top of it all, Alex didn't just lease me the Elantra and send me on my way, but he repeatedly reminded me to call him with any questions I ever have about anything in the future and to let him know when I'll be in for washes and oil changes. Before I left he even insisted on syncing my phone to the cars bluetooth system-uploading all my phone contacts and music to the car. He explained to me once again how to access the phone and music features. You can tell when a person genuinely cares about the client and when he doesn't. Alex genuinely cares and wants the client to leave happy! His goal is to get you the best vehicle for the best deal. He gets excited about his clients being happy and excited.
