Just picked up our Veracruz. Great experience. We dropped it off in an emergency yesterday evening for an alternator replacement, they couldn't promise they could get to it, but took care of it today and wor it off in an emergency yesterday evening for an alternator replacement, they couldn't promise they could get to it, but took care of it today and worked fast, and we were not inconvenienced by the length of time we were without a car. We really hadn't planned on purchasing a vehicle the day we went looking but we had done an extensive amount of research on the type of vehicle and we knew what we wanted. I had been emailing back and forth with another dealership and we intended to go there after stopping at Murray Hyundai because your store was closest. After speaking with Rocky and looking at the vehicles, we were sold. The other gentlemen we worked with were also receptive to the fact we didn't really want the pitch, we just wanted what we wanted and nothing more. I can't remember the name of the other gentleman we spoke with but the overall feeling we got was that everyone was being straight with us and truly had a desire to give us the best deal for the best vehicle that fit our needs. The price and the monthly payment were a consideration as well but again, the staff made sure they didn't stop looking at the deal until all of our needs were met. I have been back to the dealership once for a car wash and it was a great experience as well. We will definitely purchase our next vehicle from this dealership. Thanks again folks! More
