My husband and I had been looking online for cars. I came across the 2007 Hyundai Santa Fe and a few others. I had done research on which vehicles that I wanted to test drive. When we walked in the dealership, we were immediately greeted by Nestor Robles. He was friendly and listened to what we wanted. He was very patient with us. I came to the dealership just wanting to look around. There was NO PRESSURE to buy!! I noticed that Nestor answered the many questions with ease. He had so much knowledge on all three of the cars we test drove. I was impressed that he knew not only so much about the brand that we purchased, but also about the Honda and Toyota. I never felt like he was rushing me to make a decision. I knew I wanted to purchase the car but I wanted to sleep on it to make sure I wasn't just hurrying into the decision. He did not once make me feel bad for going with my gut to sleep on it. In fact, he allowed us to take the car overnight to test drive by ourselves. My husband and I felt like we were treated with respect and like we were a part of his family and not just another sales deal! I have never had such a wonderful experience at a dealership like this! I would highly recommend Nestor to ANYONE looking around. I know that if we decided to go another way, he would have respected our decision. I am so impressed at how the whole day went. Also, the next day when we came back to purchase the car, I had a concern about a sound while driving. It was close to closing time but Nestor went out with me and made sure I was comfortable with our purchase before we signed. I never felt rushed at all. It turned out that the door was not closed tightly. I felt bad that the sound was just that. Nestor never said anything bad about it. In fact he encouraged me to feel comfortable with the purchase. All I can say is that I am grateful to Nestor. I would recommend him to ANYONE! Lets just say that we will be coming back for any future purchases! More

I was very pleased with Jason as a salesman. From the start he was not pushy and he really listened to what I wanted. Went into the dealership expecting to buy a Hyundai, but my wife loved a nice little VW Jetta in the used car area. Todd and Jason were outstanding to work with. We noticed that the headliner in the vehicle was coming out, they thought it would be an easy fix and promised to get it fixed. We had it looked at, found out it wasn't an easy fix, and Todd and Jason were so great, they kept their promise and went the extra mile to make sure it was taken care of. We were in a time crunch, so they made sure a dealership in California would take care of us. I highly recommend these two men as excellent people to work with, and Murdock Hyundai as a dealership that keeps their promises. More
