Even though the above-named type of vehicle was actually the second car that was purchased, there were no difficulties, subtle sales tactics attempting to keep me stuck with my first purchase, and just the overall impression on my part that everyone working at the dealership really cared about us, something that both of us haven't always experienced elsewhere. Called from out of state (Twin Falls Idaho) because we just could find a fair deal from the local dealers. Chris was right on the money with pricing that I found on the internet at other dealers. We were first interested in a Toyota Camry but waited too long to strike the deal and it sold out from underneath us. As we looked for other cars Chris came up with a car (2006 Hyundai Azera) that while normally out of our price range, due to it's age, it fit into the price we were looking for and only had 66,000 miles, making it a car to consider. After test driving we fell in love with the car and purchased it. On the drive home we had electrical problems that did not stand out during the day where the headlights dim when slowing or stopping. With Chris's help we were able to schedule a repair appointment the following week, they replaced the alternator but, while it decreased the effect, it did not resolve the issue. Chris arranged for a needed wiring harness to be shipped to the local Hyundai dealer in Twin Falls so that we would not have to make another trip to SLC. We anticipate that this will resolve the power related problems and we look forward to many years of a very comfortable ride! While we may have paid a higher price for this particular vehicle, the best customer service I have ever experienced in automobile purchasing made this a good deal for our family. I have a daughter graduating college this year and a son returning from a mission. Even with the inconvenience of travel, I am confident Chris and Murdock Hyundai will get our business when that time comes. Did I mention the Azera is one sweet ride? Thanks Chris! More

I went in to MURDOCK HYUNDEA OF MURRAY to trade my vehicle for a used vehicle...I knew what I wanted and the deal should have been done in 2 hours or less. I was at murdock murray hyundea for 5 1/2 hours because the salesman was more interested in 2 other customers who were buying brand new cars.... I kept asking what was taking so long (I paid cash) and he kept saying they were detailing the car. When I drove out...the light indicating "low tire pressure" was on, the car was so filthy it even had scratch tickets from Idaho in it! I went back to complain and they said they would detail the car for free to make me happy. They told me it would take up to 2 hours. I left for 2 hours and came back....they had JUST pulled my car in and started cleaning it... another 2 hours later....I finally left with a soaking wet (seats and everything) car. I am still waiting for my title and I bought the car 2 months ago.... just tried to call transferred 4 times and the final one was voicemail...go figure! I HAD been a loyal customer at Murdock Hyundea for a couple years w/my previous vehicle. I would NEVER recommend either their sales or service department to anyone....!!!!! I always wondered why their service department was always so busy...it's because their service is the worst....or maybe the cars aren't that good because my last one was a lemon, that's why I traded it in! Remember the old saying: People only tell 1-4 people about GOOD CUSTOMER service, Poeple tell ANYONE/EVERYONE who will listen about BAD CUSTOMER service...
