I did a test drive in November, again in December, and again in Janurary. Steve knew what I wanted and how much I would spend, so when the dealer offered $8000 off on a 2013 Genesies Steve sent me a text, again in Janurary. Steve knew what I wanted and how much I would spend, so when the dealer offered $8000 off on a 2013 Genesies Steve sent me a text, the next day I went down to Murdock and drove this car and bought it! I told my nephew about them and he bought a new car just yesterday from Steve. Thanks for sticking with it and knowing what I wanted. Great job! More

I have been looking for a Hyundai for my son and have emailed and visited many dealerships. Ryan was the only one to answer my email within minutes. Ryan was very easy to work with and he cut thorugh all emailed and visited many dealerships. Ryan was the only one to answer my email within minutes. Ryan was very easy to work with and he cut thorugh all the red tape as far as rebates were concerned and was able to beat all other offers on the first try. My wife and I felt no pressure during the entire buying experience. We were shown many options and were allowed the time to discuss between ourselves the option that worked best for us. Ryan was knowledgeable and friendly and we would recommend him and the Murdock team for those looking to purchase a car. More

WORST EXPERIENCE!!! I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND ANYONE TO THIS PLACE. AFTER YOU PURCHASED THE VEHICLE YOU ARE PRETTY MUCH NOTHING TO THEM. YOU HAVE TO CHASE THEM DOWN WITH THE WE OWE AND REMIND THEM... OF COURSE PLACE. AFTER YOU PURCHASED THE VEHICLE YOU ARE PRETTY MUCH NOTHING TO THEM. YOU HAVE TO CHASE THEM DOWN WITH THE WE OWE AND REMIND THEM... OF COURSE THEY GIVE YOU THE RUNAROUND N THEN END UP TELLING "oh we only can fix if it didn't pass state emission" plus you're outside of the 30 days.and I went in there 2/3times a week.. when they fixed my car they gave me a DIRTY LOANERS CAR and said if you have time come back and we'll clean it for you.... the car smelled like smoke I took it back because my son has asthma and cant ride in the car...The service manager said we have no other car to give you but the car you have... and he said "you can go talk to sales and see what they can do but we have no other car!" I then went and talked sales manager, he came out and sat in the car to see if it does smell like cigarette.... like I was lying....WORST WORST WORST CAR DEALERSHIP GO SOMEWHERE ELSE WHERE THEY CAN TREAT YOU THE SAME WITH THE PERSON THEY SOLD THE CAR TOO... I came to the dealership not even sure if I wanted a Hyndai or not but fell in love with the customer service. I just want to say that Scott was great in handling my small service problem. I bought a used car from him and after two months the check engine light came on.
