This was probably the easiest dealership I've had to deal with so far. Scott was awesome and addressed all my needs. He let me take the car out to lunch to get the feel for it as an everyday car. I bought used and he offered to fix some curb rash on the wheel. I mentioned I was planning on painting the wheels soon and he offered to have their shop do it for me after fixing the curb rash. We came in with the intent to buy a used car that we saw online. Rocky met up with us and was super friendly. We were planning on test driving an Azera when we came to Murdock Hyundai but ended up buying one instead! Finding a car was easy and out sales man got us into just what we wanted (initially) We had car trouble right away with our initial purchase the Burago. After taking he car into the service department the day after we bought it. I got a little nervous about out purchase. I contacted our sales man by phone and also txt requiring about the 3 day return policy. At this point it had only been 3 days. He told me that he wasn't sure of Sunday counted as a day and he would get back to me. I didn't hear back from him so I Txt him and was told to contact the service department. And was also told that Blake was handling this himself. (We found out later this is what they are told to say) After over a month of our car being in the shop we decided to give up and turn it back in. We appreciate all the hard work that was done to get the car fixed we just felt like this is not what we wanted to deal with. We decided on a Ford the price advertised was only about $500 more than what we had purchased the Burego for (before taxes and fees) we assumed the payments would be the same and the loan would be the same, but this was not the case. Our interest rate went up a whole point and we are having to pair $2000 of our own money. We did sign agree to this, but wanted to let you know that we don't feel this is a fair deal but were just so ready to be done with this whole thing. All this trouble really made getting a new vehicle no fun and very stressful. More
