This is my Second car purchase from Murdock Hyundai. I purchased a 2012 Elantra last year with Lynn's Assistance. When it came time to replace my Wife's aging car, there was only one dealership and only o purchased a 2012 Elantra last year with Lynn's Assistance. I will be quick. Ryan was amazing. After going to various other dealerships in the valley and up in Ogden, I thought I would just have to settle with unprofessional dealerships that fit the stereotypes. I was driving back from a nearby dealership then saw the Murdock just off State street and decided to drop by. Immediately, I felt welcomed and the sales staff did not fit the stereotype. I did not see anyone out smoking acting like vultures for the next "victim." Ryan was the first sales staff member I met and I would not go with anyone else. He worked very hard to meet the goals I established and he better be there in three years when I trade my lease in for a new one. Thanks for your help Ryan!!! More

Brad was so friendly he was able to find exactly what I was looking for in a car and more. I left feeling like the hype of buying a car and how I was expecting the experience to go was a totally different was looking for in a car and more. I also got to experience the service portion of Hyundai who was so helpful and answered all of my questions, I loved that they had the shuttle so I wasn’t stuck at the dealership for hours while I waited for my window tint! This was my first time buying a car on my own not to mention the last time I purchased a car was 9 years ago. I was really nervous and was expecting to be talked into buying a car that really didn’t fit my needs. I am so happy with the purchase and truly have No Regrets!!!! Honestly, I felt lied to by Steve. He's a really nice guy and yeah I bought a brand new car but that was because of Jarrod. We live in a small town and being able to work with Jordan via telephone and email made our trip up to Salt Lake City so much easier. Nestor was a huge help and very friendly. I would love to be able to purchase our next vehicle from both of these men in the future. We arrived late and Nestor tried his best to find a snack for our 18 month old and so did a few of the other staff, We really appreciated all of there help. I rated my overall experience as a four because it was late and we were getting tired and hungry by the time we got out of there at closing, however we would have been there much later had Jordan and Nestor hadn't been so willing to work with us in a long distance capacity. The price was really good but I would have liked it to have been a little lower. :) More
