Lies lies and more lies They don’t take care of you as a customer by your a buyer nor after you purchase the vehicle. You’re forced into giving 100% score from the mail tha They don’t take care of you as a customer by your a buyer nor after you purchase the vehicle. You’re forced into giving 100% score from the mail that they send you a week later so that your sales person gets paid. That is was My sales person boss said and the lady that does the paperwork in the back not my actual sales girl. Or I would’ve told the truth. The truth is that they tell you make sure you put 100% are your sales person which my sales gal was good but she really need to do anything because I knew what I wanted but her guy boss was a jerk and wanted me to finance and would not to give me the same price. Simply because I wanted to pay Cash. Well I finally got the car for the price I wanted and then they take me back to that girl that writes up the stuff and she wants again reinforced make sure you say 100% The survey you’ll be receiving. Or we get docked and your sales person gets docked and doesn’t get paid. What? So of course I lied like every other one you get Mr. Murdoch year thousand dollars worth of surveys that you’re spending money on our full of lies because we don’t want to get the person that helped us in trouble . They always say no worries if something happens you’ll get a loaner car. This is my second vehicle breaks down with glitches all the time the Hyundai Kona and once again no car available for me to use. I’m on oxygen and I can’t walk without my wheelchair I need so I can’t go without a vehicle but they’re just cocky disrespectful and need a lesson on customer service and retention. If you’d like more input please call. Oh they also stick your girl salesman’s in the back! She doesn’t dare to speak up because it’s such the man’s world over there it’s ridiculous and disgusting actually. FYI the shop your place have somebody professionally shop it with the questions you want answered because it will surprise you. Unless you too are like the people that work for you they’re giving you a very bad name I would never recommend Murray Hyundai ever ! I’m a guy and Service had the audacity to say even if I did have a loaner car I’m in front of you for one really since when. do employees go in front of their customers. I will never purchase another vehicle from Murdoch Murray Hyundai as long as I live . my other car had “a glitch quote and now my brand new 2019 Kona leaves me stranded all the time not being able to use my vehicle and I run out of oxygen I can die they don’t care go somewhere else just leave this Murdoch one far far away Tell the truth on the surveys I know they tell you to lie and say I give them 100% score so they get more cash in their pocket or maybe if they took care of their people I wouldn’t bother me so bad but they don’t they don’t even take care of their own people it’s 2019 why are you sticking the woman in the back you purposely moved her! I can’t remember the other peoples name the guy that kept telling me I had to get the loan and told me to lie on the paperwork and Aaron is that finance girl that did my paperwork I’m pretty sure that was her name but the girl that sold me the car is not up there and I don’t know their little twerps name that works in the the service service department More
Good buy, but hidden charge. From when I first arrived at the dealership I was welcomed and shown the car I was looking at immediately. Trying to get a certain color combination, From when I first arrived at the dealership I was welcomed and shown the car I was looking at immediately. Trying to get a certain color combination, they looked in their system and stated their were none in the western half of the US. When I asked if they had the color combo in the ultimate edition near by, they responded their weren't any out there as well. I had made an offer and as it turned out, a dealership about 5 miles away had the ultimate with the color combination and after speaking with Murdock Hyundai, they had one in Idaho they could have brought down, When asked about the other dealership, I was told they don't do trades with them. I asked them about the confusion and the apologized and we worked out a deal on the car they had in stock. Even with this hiccup I was still satisfied. The one thing they won't tell you is they charge $139 for them to put nitrogen in the tires and this is not optional, nor do they openly disclose this. This is not on an addendum sheet or as far as I could tell posted in the showroom anywhere. I truly believe this is a money grab and if they really wanted to offer this to their customers they would just add this as a perk. I see this as this dealerships only downfall and for $139 they are ruining what could be an amazing experience for their customers, and their integrity. More
