I think I will Pass, I have given up on your dealership, I have reconciled that I was sold a Lemon SERVICE model for the lifetime oil changes, this was the 3rd and Final attempt, first time I came for a scheduled appointment then found out the service center was under construction and they told me a 4 hour wait, when I explained that I drove in from manila and had no where to go for 4 hours at that point a smart xxx service advisor said just turn right at I-15 and go to bountiful and have Murdock service your car, I tried that advice and WOW got the same crap NO response from that service center when trying to schedule an appointment, the next time we planned service My wife came with me and we walked down state street to 5400 south had and Ice cream and came back the 1.5 hours later (that they told us it would take) and the car was still sitting outside, and again we left, I again attempted with the new Murray service center, and again 1.5 hours (was told) and I said NOPE wasted that time on the last attempt, Fact is I don't Trust you the bridge of Trust is blown up, Your dealerships seem to have a pattern of crap service departments, and I bought a Hyundai for the service and warranty, Likely Murdock has convinced me my next car will NOT be a Hyundai, but be sure if it is it wont be from one of your dealerships

Thanks for the response. As an update, I actually took time off of work to show up in person to your dealership. This was the very first time we ever were connected with a manager of any department there. When we finally spoke to a manager they told us the following: we are very sorry we didn't respond to your multiple phone calls to the loan department, service department, sales department and our requests for the finance department and that very likely if they couldn't get a part out of Chicago that they will have our car until February 2025!! On top of that, your management team told us they couldn't switch out the cars and they also told us that despite the fact that we are paying a lease for a working Ioniq 6 and that they cannot provide us an Ioniq 6 that they will not be letting us out of the lease. The only good news they provided us is that after waiting 30 days and paying out of pocket for rental cars so our family wasn't stranded that they could provide us a loaner car. No offer of reimbursement and no offer of car replacement and no offer to let us out of the lease. I actually took the time to look up your company. You have a D- from the BBB (Better Business Bureau) with 6 filed complaints this year that look VERY SIMILAR TO OUR POOR EXPERIENCE . Alternatively your competitor Ken Garff Hyundai has an A+, a BBB accreditation and no filed complaints. I want to believe that you did the best that you could but looking at all the other dealership's reviews in Salt Lake City. I haven't seen one with similar experience to ours and you have 6 legitimate filed BBB complaints for similar sketchy business practices where you hold people to agreements without providing a car. I will never come back to this dealership and I will be sure that all of our friends and community know this to save them the time, money, and stress of dealing with your dealership and I will have to bring in 3rd parties to invoke the lemon law because your company cannot do the right thing.
