This was my first time car shopping and buying a car on my own and I was a little nervous. I did some research and made a list of different makes and models I was interested in looking further into. We all know the stereotypes when it comes to car salesmen. I went to a Toyota dealership and it was exactly what I was hoping it wouldn't be. It was really impersonal and among other things they didn't even show me what I came to see in the first place and were not very invested in me as a potential customer when I told them I wasn't going to buy a car that day. I went to Murdock Hyundai in Logan right after to continue looking at cars and the experience I had with them was like night and day compared to the previous dealership. I threw all the stereotypes out the window. It was a really pleasant experience and they were great to take the time with me I needed and to answer all my questions. Brock was the sales consultant that worked with me and he was fantastic. His knowledge about the different vehicles we looked at was great and knowing that I was a first time buyer he was patient in helping me understand different things about the vehicles and eventually purchasing one. The General Manager also took time to talk to me and answer any more questions I had. It was overall a really great experience. More

Although when we first arrived at the dealership we wanted to be able to look without pressure, Brock came out and started talking to us. It was in the back being readied to be shipped to Salt Lake, so we probably would have never even seen it. If it weren't for his tenacity we wouldn't have this beautiful truck, and we thank him for that.
