This is the second car I've bought from Murdock Hyundai in Logan. I've had positive experiences both times. This time around Zach Saxton was the salesperson I worked with. He worked with me to schedule a test drive when it was most convenient for me. He even offered to come in on his day off. He recognized that I had done my research, and that I knew what I wanted. He didn't try to talk me into something that I didn't want. He gave a clear and simple explanation of the options available to me. The color/model combination that I wanted wasn't available on the lot, but Zach worked to get me exactly what I wanted. I ended up with a Sonata that had all of the features I was interested in, but at a price lower than I had originally expected to spend. When it came time to buy, Zach even picked me up at my house. This allowed me to drive my new car off the lot without having to worry about getting my old car back home. Overall, I was immensely impressed with my experience. I would certainly recommend Murdock Hyundai to anybody interested in buying a new vehicle. More

I bought my car used about a year ago. It is easy to get my vehicle in for its service as the hours are accommodating. The waiting area is nice and comfy. Overall it was a good experience. They were short handed the day I was there which made the process a little longer than it should have but that aside, the customer service was great. As with any kind of business or larger financial transaction, one needs to do research and be educated on what they are getting into. If you do your homework and know what you are looking for in a car, then I would recommend Murdock Hyundai and more specifically Keith Carter as a way of getting an honest deal. More

I recently bought a used Chevy impala from Murdock Hyundai in Logan. The whole time I was there I felt pressured even after I expressed my poor financial situation. They found me the perfect car, with perfect showmanship. It only took about two weeks to start experiencing the issues. Apparently the "150 point inspection" does not include the brakes as they were worn to the metal within a week. The cruise control is now shot also, just after two and a half weeks of driving it. I also noted a large dent in the front fender which they immediately tried to hide. They used my time table against me in rushing me through the entire process. I hardly had the car fax explained to me and now I know why. My part time career with the Utah Army National guard requires a commute which I have to make monthly, as well as family visits that I also do regularly. Whenever my girlfriend and I drive in the car we feel like we are making a gamble with getting into an accident. Perfect car, okay price, but bad mechanics. More

These guys are not pushy and are very easy to work with. I was able to get the new Veloster Turbo, which are very difficult to find in a manual option. All the other dealers in the state were not willing to put in the effort to help find me one. The other dealers just told me that these are hard to get and good look finding one. These guys searched the country and found me the perfect car! They also were very willing to help me stay in the price range I requested. They made the process very easy and stress free. I have never liked to deal with dealerships, but these guys completely changed my view. I would definitely recommend Murdock Hyundai of Logan and will be sending my friends and family their way.
