I had a good idea of what cars I was considering and a small downpayment. Was really hoping to get the new 2014 elantra but wasn't sure I could afford it and was worried about financing and such as my cr small downpayment. Keith submitted all my information and explained the results very well. He was very patient with all my questions. Keith was very genuine and was mot pushy. The Elantra was at the top of my budget, and the most expensive of what I was considering, but he made sure I was comfortable and gave me less expensive used models and the cheaper new accent to consider and did not push me to buy the most expensive one . They have many financing options and go through many banks so he was able to find me an interest rate that made me able to get the Elantra! I loved how the monthly payment quoted included registration, sales tax, and all fees so there were no surprises or extra costs added on during closing of the deal! They did not have the white with the grey interior that i wanted in stock, so he went out of the way to look around and find me one in those colors. My mom came with me to look at cars while I finalized my deal and he was able to give her a good deal on something she found too! More

I came into the lot to just "look", that didn't work out so well because I found the car I'd been looking for! The price I was looking for,and even the color! Murdock Hyundai of Logan is the "Dream Team" for a dealership. They are honest, friendly, organized, and not over bearing nor condescending. Zach has taken my expectations of customer service to a level that I had not thought possible anywhere, let a lone a dealership. He treated me with respect. I expect a "sales person" to be excited and put on a show but this was no show. This was real. I was happily surprised to see this attitude at ever corner and with everyone that I came in contact with. From the Service/Scheduling to the finance department. Skylar was terrific to work with. I am not aware of anyone that enjoys filing out the paperwork to finalize a purchase, but I actually enjoyed it. Being treated like a living breathing person is wonderful. This was the greatest and most positive experience I have ever had when making a small or large purchase. I am a customer as long as you want me. Keep up the outstanding effort. More
