I’ll start off with the good. While everyone else was putting big markups on new cars and huge wait times, Murdock logan was by far the fastest and best priced. We ordered a new palisade caligraphy and it only took a month or two before it arrived, and lucky enough to get the colors we wanted! Things went pretty smoothly so far and we were happy, signed the contract, all that jazz. We’re from Salt Lake so we set up a time before buying to come up and check it out. Asked to see two cars: a Palisade and Merc Gle they had. Only the palisade was there when we arrived but not that big of a deal. So we ordered a new one, and waited for it. It arrived and we get a call to come get it. Now we come to Saturday, for the pickup day. The salesman we had been working with doesn’t meet us even though we set up a time a week prior. Some other guy helped us through it and give us a quick rundown of the car's dashboard. No real celebration, no ceremony. Felt extremely rushed and forced out the door. They took our photo and no mention of sending us a copy. Didn't even know that we owed the rest of the down payment. We could have just driven off and I'm sure that would have been a headache. So we head on over to Volkswagen to do the rest of it. Still at this point, zero thank you for buying a car. Finance people don't seem to care at all that we're buying one. Anyway, we sign and off we go. Drove the car to relatives and noticed it smelled like something melting. Well, the engine still had plastic covers all over everything, which had melted and replaced that lovely new car smell. I had to take them off myself and who knows if I got them all. Off I go back to Hyundai and figured since their building was under construction ill take it over to Volkswagen where we signed the papers. They said nope, take it back to Hyundai service. Well can't, they're closed. Drive it around to the service bay and they say take it to the lot tech. He's great but doesnt quite get what I'm asking for. I wanted to see if I managed to get all the plastic wrapping off so it doesnt get stuck somewhere it shouldn't. I texted our sales guy and again, nothing back from him. No thank you, no sorry about the plastic we the dealer should have taken out. Also, random little plastic film coverings throughout the car. I mean at least leave the big long satisfying ones so we can pull it off ourselves if we're going to do this. Finally, take it back to the sales trailer and ask another salesman if he can look at it. He was nice and says no plastic. But who really knows if it's all out of there. No real sorry for the mess. I wasn't expecting like a big thing or something but I was hoping for a bit more than just a, well that’s really too bad, seems like you got it all out, good luck. This was our first brand new expensive car from a dealer I had heard good things about. We drove two hours to this place and still have not received any real apology, thank you, or anything. Won't be returning and I can only imagine how the future service is going to go on this thing if this is how buying the car went. Not looking forward to it. More

We purchased and funded our purchased of a car in October of 2021. The process was a nightmare. Their were intentional mistakes in the paperwork which I had to point out many times. I have left many reviews covering these problems. These reviews are Nono longer visible. My current centers on the fact that we have waited 6 months for the title. The dealership never had the title. They expected money for a car they had no right to sale. The car funded 6 months ago and we have no title and the temporary tag expired. They have made many promises which have not been kept. More
