He stuck with us for over four hours and we were grateful that he was so accommodating. It was a lot to absorb since we are not techies. We appreciate his honesty, wit, knowledge, and willingness to answer some questions two and three times. Ben Murdock was very helpful and didn't try to whitewash us. He was personable and up front, and we appreciated that. He was willing to work with us and gave us a very fair deal. Skylar was very efficient in his explanations on the financial end of things and was patient and clearly discussed all the many details of what we were signing. He gave examples to help us understand the different products. All three men were excellent in "showing us" the specifics of Hyundai that we wanted to know since we haven't owned one before. Ty took the time to educate us about all the services available to us at Murdock Hyundai and all the information about the vehicles we were considering. After we made our selection our car was carefully washed and prepared for us. Ty sat in our new beautiful 2013 Sonata Hybrid with us explaining how to use all the features in our new car until the dealership closed. He is meeting with us again to answer more questions for us. He went far above and beyond our expectations helping us and making us feel comfortable and informed. And he is an impressively nice person. The financing department carefully explained our warranty options, answered our questions thoroughly and was extremely efficient in processing all the loan documents and other paperwork. We received an amazing price and financing thanks to their expertise. I highly recommend Murdock Hyundai of Logan to anyone that wants to purchase a vehicle. I had a good idea of what cars I was considering and a small downpayment. Was really hoping to get the new 2014 elantra but wasn't sure I could afford it and was worried about financing and such as my cr small downpayment. Keith submitted all my information and explained the results very well. He was very patient with all my questions. Keith was very genuine and was mot pushy. The Elantra was at the top of my budget, and the most expensive of what I was considering, but he made sure I was comfortable and gave me less expensive used models and the cheaper new accent to consider and did not push me to buy the most expensive one . They have many financing options and go through many banks so he was able to find me an interest rate that made me able to get the Elantra! I loved how the monthly payment quoted included registration, sales tax, and all fees so there were no surprises or extra costs added on during closing of the deal! They did not have the white with the grey interior that i wanted in stock, so he went out of the way to look around and find me one in those colors. My mom came with me to look at cars while I finalized my deal and he was able to give her a good deal on something she found too! More
