We have been test driving and researching automobile for six months and decided to give Hyundai a try since customer reviews online were outstanding. After driving the 2014 Santa Fe Limited, we were extremely impressed. It had all the features that we were looking for in a car that we could afford. We had a pretty crappy experience initially with the first sales rep that helped us out. He was scatter brained, all over the place and I felt like he wasn't up front with us. We ended up at the negotiating stage with a couple of cars but felt like we should continue our search. Well, we ended up back at Murdocks again and luckily this time Branson took care of us. He was very respectful and patient with me and my wife. He was really easy to talk to and genuinely nice. We decided to buy a used elantra and we LOVE it! The finance and service departments are awesome to work with, too. I would recommend this dealership to any one. More

Because of the great customer service, already took my car in to be washed and they did a wonderful job and I had them check the tire pressure for me as well. There was a different dealership in town that I refused to go back to because their customer service was not good. Keeping a customer happy is very important and so far Murdock Hyundai of Logan has succeeded on that score. More

We feel like we got a good price on our vehicle, maybe not the very best we could have, but we're not complaining about paying too much. The reason I didn't give all "Greats" on the survey is because there was a mix up with the registration. We ended up needing to come back to the dealership to get additional paper work. The sales and financial associates were very friendly and helpful through the entire process. More

If your going to use a dealer anyway I've never liked dealers but these guys did a pretty good job. Our salesman was young and I would attribute some little things to lack of experience. Like reading the page wrong and quoting the wrong price for the used car we were interested in. To their credit they did honor the price he quoted. I do have two gripes. First I came to buy a car, not make life long buddies. I don't particularly want to give them all my family history and answer all the "get to know you" questions they ask. I believe they can offer all the services they do without being so intrusive. Second we were there nearly three hours before we actually drove off with our new used car. Most of that was after we decided to buy the car. If they would speed that time up the experience would be enjoyable. Over all I like Murdock better than any other dealers I have worked with. More
