I knew the type of vehicle that I wanted and I knew where I wanted to be as far as price goes with the new vehicle and they were able to go above and I knew the type of vehicle that I wanted and I knew where I wanted to be as far as price goes with the new vehicle and they were able to go above and beyond. Car buying can sometimes be a long and painful process with the sales people trying to guide you into something you're not really interested in but this was totally the opposite experience. We felt no pressure, but rather genuine interest in helping us find what we were looking for and in answering many questions. He is just a real good guy, and did a great job for us. We purchased a Santa Fe sport and love it. It feels roomier than some similar cars we have looked at, which were also nice cars. It drove well, and handles well. We like the design as well. We have been test driving and researching automobile for six months and decided to give Hyundai a try since customer reviews online were outstanding. After driving the 2014 Santa Fe Limited, we were extremely impressed. It had all the features that we were looking for in a car that we could afford. We had a pretty crappy experience initially with the first sales rep that helped us out. He was scatter brained, all over the place and I felt like he wasn't up front with us. We ended up at the negotiating stage with a couple of cars but felt like we should continue our search. Well, we ended up back at Murdocks again and luckily this time Branson took care of us. He was very respectful and patient with me and my wife. He was really easy to talk to and genuinely nice. We decided to buy a used elantra and we LOVE it! The finance and service departments are awesome to work with, too. I would recommend this dealership to any one. More

Because of the great customer service, already took my car in to be washed and they did a wonderful job and I had them check the tire pressure for me as well. There was a different dealership in town that I refused to go back to because their customer service was not good. Keeping a customer happy is very important and so far Murdock Hyundai of Logan has succeeded on that score. More
