Careful about - Out the door pricing Purchased a used car from this outfit. We agreed to pay full listed price (out-the-door) asking they cover all DOC Fees and sales tax. From memory, The response was, "OK, lets step inside to do the paperwork." Naive as it may be; since our hold deposit hadn't been charged yet, we assumed by paying "full price" meant a check for full price would cover the "hold" deposit that hadn't been charged. While negotiating prices we also assumed since we had asked them to cover any charges that we were negotiating "All-Fees" including sales tax. Even after asking for "out-the-door" listed price; Salesperson gave a price asking for $700 (DOC Fee) above listed price ( + $150 "hold" deposit we had dismissed ). After refusing to pay that much and waiting close to an hour; we finally agreeing on a payment of $150 above listed price (believing sales tax was part of that) and the "hold" deposit wouldn't be charged. In the end we ended up paying a $300 DOC Fee on the purchase unknowingly (IE. We should have paid more attention to the final paperwork.) I haven't bought a vehicle from a dealership in years and had forgotten what the "status quo" was at dealerships - I guess this appears to be "standard practice" of all dealers so in all fairness the purchase went fairly good in perspective and all together "AVERAGE". Although we felt deceived; part of that was due to our neglect on double checking facts and figures on what EXACTLY constitutes out-the-door pricing. It kind of is no wonder some states have legally bind-ed a maximum "DOC Fee". More

Best dealership I'd been looking for a decent, manual drive, used car for a few months. I'd been to most dealers in the Cache Valley area and was tired of the typica I'd been looking for a decent, manual drive, used car for a few months. I'd been to most dealers in the Cache Valley area and was tired of the typical runaround and was finding myself starting to compromise on what I was looking for - it didn't seem to exist. I'd intentionally avoided Murdock Hyundai because when I grew up, Hyundai's weren't the most reliable car out there. I finally stopped by to see if they had a trade in that would work for me. Once I did I only wanted to buy a car from them. It was nice to leave a dealership without feeling like I needed to wash my hands, literally and figuratively. Great service and great people! While they didn't have the right fit for me that day, I held out until they did just because I wanted them to have my business. Thanks again! More

However, after looking online we decided to give it a go and make the drive down from Idaho and see what Murdock Hyundai of Logan could do for us, and we are very glad we did. From to the time we entered the dealership and met with Alex our salesperson until the time we finished up with Zack in finance, it was a good experience. They listened to our wants and needs, showed us cars that we had picked out online, and then bent over backwards to get us the price and payments we wanted. I will not hesitate to purchase again from Murdock of Logan again and recommend them to anyone. It was definitely worth the drive. Rob & Sheryl More

Awesome Aight, so these guys are really amazing. We came in after doing tons of research and knowing what we wanted- the salesperson Carson was extremely know Aight, so these guys are really amazing. We came in after doing tons of research and knowing what we wanted- the salesperson Carson was extremely knowledgeable about the cars, and had actually driven both the car I was coming from and the car we're now in and made active comparisons to the two. They weren't pushy and were overall exactly what we wanted which was informative. After we decided to purchase the car, they worked really hard to help get us financing. They came back with numbers we weren't happy with so our sales guy left for a bit and came back and told us he was able to convince the bank to give us a better interest rate. The trade ins were on par- I had checked with the Blue Book and they were about the same minus the repairs that needed to be done on the vehicle. We had some concerns about the immediate future of our finances but knew that we'd be fine long term and we were thinking about backing out- they really wanted to work with us and instead of pushing us harder, they went through all the pros and cons with us so we would be able to make a smart decision. The dealership actually helped us out a bit and any concerns we had they either addressed or resolved. Absolute joy working with them. More
