Great experience I was dreading the process of buying a new car. How awful is that! It should be a fun thing to do but past experiences (not at this dealership) made m I was dreading the process of buying a new car. How awful is that! It should be a fun thing to do but past experiences (not at this dealership) made me cringe at the thought of doing it. We finally had some time and stopped in at Murdocks. I have to say, it was really fun. Our salesman was professional and treated us with respect. We endeded up passing on the first vehicle we negotiated on. We decided it wasn't quite what we wanted. They were very kind about it and didn't call us to try to change our minds. We ended up going back ia week later knowing exactly what we wanted. They even had it in stock! The buying process was quick and easy. We felt like we got a great deal--how often does that happen?! I'm super impressed with our salesman, Blake, the dealership and the service department. Its only been two weeks but already some friends, that I told about our great experience, have gone in and bought a new car at Murdock's. The best part--I LOVE my new car! More

I think it's probably in the best interest of a sales guy to make an impression and put on a face and it often seems fake, but Dallin came across as sincere and made purchasing my car as painless for me as he could. Had a great experience Blake was a superb salesman. He quickly learned what we wanted and wasted no time in finding us just the vehicle we wanted - which happened to not be Blake was a superb salesman. He quickly learned what we wanted and wasted no time in finding us just the vehicle we wanted - which happened to not be on the lot at the time. When the vehicle was available he called and patiently helped us throught the decision and purchase stages. He also helped us with all our follow up needs. The service department treated me well when I returned on the second day because of a sound that sounded like tin cans ratteling under the car. Turns out it was a pebble that found it's way into the space between the rear wheel rotor and heat guard and was bouncing around. They were kind and quick. We love our new 2013 Dodge Grand Caravan! We love the price. We love the service. Thanks Murdock Hyundai! More

Honest, truthfull, best used car experience ever. I told Dallin what I could do per month, and what i wanted. He made it happen. He didn't give me no xxxxxxxx. Murdock Haundai is a great place to buy a used car. I got a 2012 Toyota Carolla with 46,000 miles on it for 13,500. (500 under kelly blue book) Plus a 4 year or 75,000 bumper to bumper warranty, wich took the price to 1400 with 219 a month payments and 500 bucks down. I get free car washes for life, wich I will hold them too and be there every other day for the life of the car (and my 2014 Nissan Titan if I can sneak that baby in too)......LOL!! That alone saves me $$$ on my water bill. Thank Dallin. All in all.......best used car experience of my life. More

Not Satisfied Blake was all about the money in his pocket. Alex was super nice and got me a good deal. However 3 days after I bought my used car the altenator went Blake was all about the money in his pocket. Alex was super nice and got me a good deal. However 3 days after I bought my used car the altenator went out. I had 35 miles to get back to the dealership to return for no questions asked. I live 90 miles away, so that wasn't a option. I called the dealership and they had no interest in helping me.. I know they had no way of knowing about the altenator, but that whole heart of there business is bogus. Won't be shopping here again. More

Not what I was told I was in shopping for a truck and we were in talking numbers. I was upside down in my car which I knew I was told that they would take care of the car I was in shopping for a truck and we were in talking numbers. I was upside down in my car which I knew I was told that they would take care of the car. I pointed to the sales price and says so that's what I'm financing and got told yes a couple. Got in to sign papers and it was not the price I was told i would be financing. Long story short there was a bit more that was not the way we agreed on. More

Best dealership I have ever been too I had been to 6 other dealerships, looking at various vehicles and models. I walked in to Murdock Hyundai of Logan (with my 3 kids) and everything wa I had been to 6 other dealerships, looking at various vehicles and models. I walked in to Murdock Hyundai of Logan (with my 3 kids) and everything was great, the sales people got my kids drinks, turned on a movie, and since I stayed for a couple of hours buying a vehicle, they actually gave my kids pizza since they were getting hungry. Hands down, best car experience I have had! More
