Great experience I was dreading the process of buying a new car. How awful is that! It should be a fun thing to do but past experiences (not at this dealership) made me cringe at the thought of doing it. We finally had some time and stopped in at Murdocks. I have to say, it was really fun. Our salesman was professional and treated us with respect. We endeded up passing on the first vehicle we negotiated on. We decided it wasn't quite what we wanted. They were very kind about it and didn't call us to try to change our minds. We ended up going back ia week later knowing exactly what we wanted. They even had it in stock! The buying process was quick and easy. We felt like we got a great deal--how often does that happen?! I'm super impressed with our salesman, Blake, the dealership and the service department. Its only been two weeks but already some friends, that I told about our great experience, have gone in and bought a new car at Murdock's. The best part--I LOVE my new car! More

When the vehicle was available he called and patiently helped us throught the decision and purchase stages. He also helped us with all our follow up needs. The service department treated me well when I returned on the second day because of a sound that sounded like tin cans ratteling under the car. Turns out it was a pebble that found it's way into the space between the rear wheel rotor and heat guard and was bouncing around. They were kind and quick. We love our new 2013 Dodge Grand Caravan!
