I had already done my research prior to shopping at a dealership so I pretty much knew what I wanted. I went to Murdock one evening just to look and took a test drive while I was there. When I was ready to leave I said I would stop by the next morning with my wife. There was no pressure to try and get me into a vehicle. The young man that was helping me simply let me know what time they opened the next day and that it was his birthday so he wouldn't be in. He let Branson know what I had been looking at and Branson was ready and had a used Santa Fe washed and up front when I came in. I ended up purchasing a new Santa Fe and would recommend Murdock as a great place to shop/purchase a vehicle. More

Customer Service was awesome!!! Bought a 2013 Hyundai Sonata Hybrid that was a previous Manufacturer buy back due an issue. Issue was thought to have been taken care of but unfortuna Bought a 2013 Hyundai Sonata Hybrid that was a previous Manufacturer buy back due an issue. Issue was thought to have been taken care of but unfortunately continued. Luckily it was still under warranty. Matt Fowles and his team at the Murdock Hyundai of Logan went above and beyond to ensure that the issue was caught and properly taken care of. They kept us updated and made sure we were taken care of during the period the car was being worked on. Car was been fixed and is running better than when we bought it. I've never had such wonderful costumer service!!! Kudos to the Matt and his team Service Department!!! More
