Didn't fix our proplem the first time we told them about it We took our 2012 Hyundai Elantra in the middle of the year in 2016 saying it was making a weird noise and acting up. The gentleman assured me they wou We took our 2012 Hyundai Elantra in the middle of the year in 2016 saying it was making a weird noise and acting up. The gentleman assured me they would take it for a ride and find the problem. The called me and informing me they couldn’t hear anything wrong with it. But to my husband and I it was very clear it was making a funny clicking noise and didn’t sound normal. Well we ignored the noise because to them they couldn’t hear anything wrong. So we continued to drive it and take it in for it’s routinely oil changes and everything they recommended. In December 2016 and the beginning of this year 2017 the noise was very loud and we could tell something was definitely wrong. So instead of taking it to Murdock we took it to Aamco to have them look at it. They found metal in our oil pan which basically had been destroying our engine and they informed us we needed our engine replaced. We called Murdock to find out about our warranty and if they could fix the problem. But they told us our warranty had just recently expired. So instead of Murdock fixing the issue or digging deeper the first time we told them about the noise, we continued to drive our car making it worse. So we missed our warranty and had Aamco fix it for $2,400. We are very frustrated because he had mentioned the funny noise to them several times and nothing was done about it and we are now out $2,400 because they couldn't find anything. More

While we were in the middle of trading in our vehicle and purchasing another one, our Murdock Hyundai of Logan went the extra mile to take care of us. While we were in the middle of trading in our vehicle and purchasing another one, our teenage daughter called to say she had been in a vehicle accident. We were worried and shaken, and just wanted to get to our daughter. Shaelynn immediately offered to get us one of their vehicles so we could go to her. While we were gone, Shaelynn took care of the final details of our loan so we could finish up quickly when we returned. She answered all of our many questions, and found us an amazing vehicle. Two weeks later Dallin found the perfect replacement car for our daughter, and eased our fears about her being a first time buyer. The finance department got us the terms we were hoping for, and were quick to help us when we had questions and concerns. The employees at this dealership went the extra mile to make sure we were taken care of, and had a good experience buying our vehicles from them. We will definitely be returning customers. Thank you! Great Dealership with Great Prices Murdock Hyundai in Logan is a great place to buy a car. I drove over an hour to do business there. They had the best price and an excellent staff. I tried working with other dealerships that were a much, much closer and was less than impressed, especially by Ken Garff Huyndai in Salt Lake City, UT where I was actually ignored and no one would give me a price for the car I wanted to buy. Murdock was vastly superior to Ken Garff. Staff was prompt to respond to me, very friendly and helpful, and great follow through, very professional and caring; it was well worth the drive. More
