Unprofessional After our purchase, we were told that they would provide us some things to take but they didn't have them in the store at the time. We were told they would have them the following week and they would call us to come in. They never called us. We have called them a few times but still no luck for about a MONTH now. Today when we called in, we get transferred to Danny(the one that stated when we bought the car they would provide said items to us and according to DealerRater he is "Management") but let me tell you, there was NOTHING management like in Danny or the way he approached our situation.He completely lost it. He never listened. He interrupted me when I was talking for a good portion of the phone call. He deflected the blame off of himself and onto our salesman for not getting it to us(we were told several times that it was him or the "lady that takes care of it" that we had to get in contact with, never once told it was Salesman responsibility). And he had the audacity to complain that we had called in a few times prior when THEY are the ones not doing THEIR jobs. I do NOT understand how someone of that nature can be in a Management position with Murdock when he clearly doesn't know how to treat their paying customers, doesn't have any sense of accountability for his actions, is arrogant, unprofessional, and does NOT listen. Because of Danny, I have a bad taste in my mouth and I will shop elsewhere for my vehicles. More
