One of the managers put more pressure on me to buy that same day than I liked, and he sometimes directed his comments more to my male friend I brought along even though I was the customer (I'm sure it wasn't intentional, but still). Overall, I'm pleased with the car I got and the professionalism of the staff. More

I was very surprised at how much I liked the power and feel of the Sonata Hybrid and I got close to 50 mpg on my first tank of gas ! More

Frustrating If they are selling a car all is well, but if your car has serious issues watch out because they aren't going to help you. Our engine has failed twice If they are selling a car all is well, but if your car has serious issues watch out because they aren't going to help you. Our engine has failed twice in the LESS then two years since we owned it and getting reasonable help is futile. Originally even getting our title was challenging and we were lucky it was because when our engine failed the first time we still didn't have the title so they fixed it knowing they were in the wrong. Now 15 months later the same issue has occurred and they won't help us, won't return calls, and the General Manager won't speak to us. Would NEVER go here again. Regret that I ever did. I submitted an e-mail to the general manager and finally got a reply. He was kind and able to get us more accurate information then any of his staff he had delegated to. Although it will probably be a long time, if ever, before I buy a Hyundai in general and I will probably not return to this dealership, I did want to make sure that my review was completely accurate. Paul Tew was kind over the phone and did try to work with us. In the end it was still beneficial for us to get the car fixed somewhere else and it's frustrating that no one told us more details about buying an updated warranty when our car had engine trouble the first time. More
