I told Ryan what I was looking for and he took my husband and I to look at some cars that would fit into my specifications and price range. Ryan was very professional. I know that it took me some time to make a decision but Ryan never acted put out or in a hurry for me to make a choice. He went on the test drive with us and told us some things about the car at that time. When I had made my decision, we went back into the showroom and completed the transaction with him and we then spent some time with Mike to finish up with the financing.
