Murdock Sales and Service = Abbott & Costello Who's On First I'm beyond upset to the point of absolute disappointment and disgust. I was haggled with for hours - the salesboy had no decision power, was a puppet I'm beyond upset to the point of absolute disappointment and disgust. I was haggled with for hours - the salesboy had no decision power, was a puppet and had to speak to the magical wizards in the back office multiple times, leaving us for tiring/frustrating spands of time twiddling our thumbs. On top of that I was then sold the WRONG CAR!!! (wrong VIN numbered car off the lot) and told to come back in and pick up the swap car a week later, then haggled with some more to have them transfer the luggage rack to the new car and was told he wasn't sure if he could do it because it was above his pay grade (Adam, employee of the month, really?). Then I waited for approximately 2.5 hours for them to detail this swapped car for us, I was told this will only take 15-20 minutes. I could not believe their absolute uncaring attitude. My son and I sat there for 2.5 hours for them to do a interior wipe down and car-wash that they explained only takes 15-20 minutes. Not one salesboy, manager or supervisor came over to explain the delay or anything. Their management could care less. The little sweet front desk girl who kept looking at us finally spoke up about 1.5 hours in and said she'd make some calls and see what the delay was. She was told to tell use 20 minutes. 1hr later they finally pulled the car around. What a Friday night killjoy experience this was. Missed coaching my highschool hockey team and my Friday night date with my wife. Thanks guys for caring. Then I was told to show up for my new leather and heated seat install a couple weeks later, the day arrived and the service department had no idea or any details for us and pointed at the sales department dropping the ball. The sales department is pointing right back at the service department and my poor wife (THE CUSTOMER!) is stuck in the middle wondering when to drop her car off and when she can pick it up and not really knowing how to schedule her day and just sitting around waiting for a call back. Customers have lives too and we do appreciate when you honor your dates and times for service - we trust that you've done your service pre-work orders to meet the date given OR at least call us ahead of time and reschedule the service date appropriately. Just don't wait until we are going to show up and then tell us. Hannah (service) and Clayton (sales) both spoke to us as if were the problem too. Their tone and lack of owning the situation is very disturbing as we've spent thousand of dollars with this establishment. This company has a wall showing how they are different from other shops, straight talk and no haggling, yet that is exactly what they do and after they sell you a car they forget all about you. Oh and our sales paper work was left in the old car, so the salesman told us he'd hand deliver it to our home and he never did. We now have to go in a 3rd time to try and pick it up. I've bought a new Toyota pickup from Brent Brown in Orem in 2013 and they were fantastic, their service has been outstanding, I was expecting this kind of experience but it turned out to be the total opposite, very disappointed. One saving grace is that the car (Tucson) is rated very well and is expected to be a great vehicle for us. I wish their sales and service matched the quality of the vehicle. Don't buy from Lindon Murdock. I'll take my business elsewhere next time. I've heard/read Hyundai Ken Garff in Murry is much better. One last thing, their Logo says No Regrets. To any potential customers reading this please know this is 100% false advertising. I have huge regrets. More

Purchased a new Sonata Hybrid Prompt attention and likeable sales staff! I liked the strait forward pricing offer sheet. I knew exactly what the deal was.
