New car with problems/Lemon In regards to this Hyundai Veloster our business purchased earlier this year. We have been extremely unsatisfied with this experience. We have owned a In regards to this Hyundai Veloster our business purchased earlier this year. We have been extremely unsatisfied with this experience. We have owned and purchased many Hyundai cars in our family and have never had reason to complain. Including a 2013 Hyundai Veloster that we traded at the time of this purchase. From the onset the car engine light has been turning on and off, and the engine isn't running smoothly, the turbo has a huge delay and sometimes it has a lag, almost like a misfire. We have brought the car back multiple times everytime they give us some explanation and then it happens again. As far as we are concerned we bought a brand new car -- you can't be having these many problems. We owned a Veloster-- we loved it -- we wanted to upgrade and paid money for a downgrade. At this point we feel the car is defective beyond your ability to repair... and the cost in time and effort to keep getting rides to drop it off to your service people has gone beyond reasonable. How will Hyundai address this?? We even got someone else's plates and information by mistake, twice. Than you couldn't find our's. So many problems More

He mare my car buying experience wonderful . I bought the extended warranty so my car is covered to 100,000 miles . I get free car washes safety inspections, and a great deal for 5 years of oil changes and tire rotations. They really want you to feel taken care of. More

Although I had to spend a few hours at the dealer, the actual negotiation and signing were fast, straight-forward, and easy. Part of the success can be attributed to the Elantra Limited purchased. The Elantra does provide the comfort/ride of a luxury car. Via negotiation, a 10-year bumper-to-bumper transferable Hyundai warranty was purchased to cement that value. More
