Although I found a car that suited my needs and loved it, the dealership was sketchy, had hidden costs, didn't know the ins-and-outs of my vehicle, and was not flexible with which bank could offer me the loan. This time around was a much better experience. First off, the cars really do sell themselves. Great materials, great aesthetics, great price. Aside from that, the salesmen were friendly and knew what they were talking about. When I requested to drive a manual version of the car I wanted, they didn't have one left at that location. One of the salesmen had that exact car with a manual transmission and was kind enough to let me test drive his car. There were no hidden costs, nothing that wasn't explained thoroughly, and I was satisfied with my financing options. Overall, a shockingly pleasant and non-stressful car-buying experience. More

Body work. When we picked up the vehicle, we found some residual blemishes on the hood...from the shipping material.
