Great Salesman, Bad Finance Our salesman was AMAZING. I loved working with him. He was humble, easy to work with, nice, and I felt like he had our best interest in mind. The f Our salesman was AMAZING. I loved working with him. He was humble, easy to work with, nice, and I felt like he had our best interest in mind. The finance guy, Mike, however, was difficult. He was very manipulative, and insulting. We told him over and over again that we couldn't afford the add ons that he was pushing on us. Our kids were crying, they were tired, it had been a long process, and instead of taking a no for an answer he kept pushing and pushing and insulting until finally we agreed to do something we didn't want to do. He added on to our monthly payment, and made a good experience turn sour. I know he's invincible though, since he's high up in the company, so this complaint is probably pointless. But I felt very insulted and manipulated by him. Maybe that kind of force would have gone away if he wasn't trying to get commission? Seth our salesman was fantastic. Mike the finance guy must have been tired or grumpy. More

Got us a great deal on a car we weren’t expecting to love! We checked out Hyundai based on the feedback of a couple friends who recently purchased vehicles from Murdock. We had our minds set on a Mazda CX-5 bu We checked out Hyundai based on the feedback of a couple friends who recently purchased vehicles from Murdock. We had our minds set on a Mazda CX-5 but that quickly changed when we met Jim at Murdock. Laid back but super informative and helpful in test driving the Tucson. After a quick test drive we were pretty much sold on the feel of it - now onto the deal. Jim worked hard for us to get a great deal, including getting leather instead of the cloth upholstery it came with. It took 3 visits to get it all settled with financing and everything (due to our schedules) but they were accommodating each time. Overall great experience and glad we checked out Murdock! More
