We stopped by to see what they looked like and take a test drive. Kacey came out to help us, but with no pressure. He asked a few questions, but didn't make us feel pressured in any way. His questions helped us focus on the two things that really mattered to us; all wheel or four wheel drive and dependability. The Santa Fe was the right fit for us and the Hyundai warranty is so much better than what other dealers offer. Kacey answered our questions, patiently explained some of the things we were unclear on, and made us feel like he was just there to help, not just there to sell us something.
