When we came to Murdock we were greeted promptly by Jake Banks who immediately introduced himself and then invited us to introduce ourselves. This started out the sales visit on a personal level. He was easy to talk to and we didn't feel like we were just a "number." We talked about several different models as well as options on those models and because my husband had done a lot of internet research on the Hyundais, he knew what he wanted to see. Jake knew what the dealership had in stock without having to look it up and took us to see what we were interested in. He offered a test drive and explained many of the features of the car during the drive. When we returned, he took us inside and showed us pricing information on the computer. As we were still undecided about what we wanted to do at that time, we left, but with a very favorable experience. We returned the next day and test drove another model and made our decision. We are happy with out new Hyundai. More

I had been looking to trade my 2001 Aztek for a more reliable and gas conserative car. Andrew and I had emailed several times about possibilities. On Monday, yesterday, I drove from Logan to Lindon, a 2 reliable and gas conserative car. Andrew and I had emailed several times about possibilities. On Monday, yesterday, I drove from Logan to Lindon, a 2 hr drive, just to meet Andrew and see the cars he had available. There were 3 possibilities when other delearships had none. Another just beat me out on a test drive in one car so we took a drive in the other, which I ended up buying. The ENTIRE staff at the dealership were friendly, welcoming and helpful. Andrew worked for me to get me a good trade in amount and a deal I could afford. Basically, this dealership has begun to restore my faith in dealerships. I had already been impressed by the great reviews for the Hyundai Elantra so I went with the intention of buying one but came away equally impressed with the dealership. Everyone I met at Murdock was friendly so I felt welcomed to the 'family.' I also appreciated having the tour and meeting the service manager so I know where to go when I come back for car washes and maintenance visits. More
