We went looking at one car and ended up with another--a much better car (new 2013 Elantra) than our original idea, at a much better price. Because it was not our original expectation, it took us several days to settle, and two salesmen--Willie Rahlf being the extremely patient and knowledgeable and helpful one we spent the most time with, over several days, and Jim Engle, similarly helpful and friendly, who happily worked with us on one of our visits which happened to be Mr. Rahlf's day off. They were honest and knew how to advise without pressure and without prejudice; it was always clear that they wanted us to get what would really work best for us. And they stayed in contact to help us resolve any issues. When it came to the purchasing details, Mr Rahlf put us in the very capable and honest and similarly friendly hands of Garrett Cammans, the finance manager who also helped us in every way he saw a way. We are grateful for them all. Assuming the car turns out to be as good as it seems right now, we'll look forward to servicing and probably purchasing again at Murdock Hyundai of Lindon. More

We had a casual, friendly conversation about life while waiting for the paperwork to process. My wife will be down to buy a car from Rock in a few months!! More
We came into the dealer looking for a used car that was advertised on the internet. Well the car was less than desirable but Mr. Rahlf worked very diligently to show other options which were available to advertised on the internet. We had been kidding with our school who would be driving the car on the way down that we should buy him a Lexus. When we drove into the Lexus dealership next door and we joked about it again. But call it destiny or just shear dumb luck a used Lexus had been traded in a couple of days earlier and when Willie showed it to us we just busted out laughing. Well it ended up in our budget, the insurance was within tolerance and it was a very good car and may end up being a good investment to boot. We are very pleased at this time. This is the second time I have purchased from Murdock and definitely enjoyed the experience. My wife commented when we left (and she hates the car buying experience no matter where it is at) I would definitely buy another car from Willie and Murdock. More
I purchased an Elantra from Jim Engle. He was friendly and easy to work with. The transaction took several days to complete, but Jim continually followed up with me and did all he could to make things work out. I am extremely pleased with the experience I had at Murdock Hyundai buying a car from Jim Engle. Also, Hyrum Christensen made the financing process go smoothly. I appreciated that he took the time to explain each of the forms and I did not feel pressure to purchase something I did not need. More

Joe Macedone is a very good and responsible sales professional. He is always attentive, respectful and conscientious of our needs and concerns.
