We had an unfortunate mishap 4 hours after purchasing the car. I was driving down the road and ran over a small key (to a car or house) and it got stuck in tire. Low tire pressure light came on and I made it back to the dealership. The service girl was great in getting the tire fixed and didn't charge me anything. Her and Derrick consoled me and assured me I was still a good driver. Everyone was so warm and friendly towards us. Thanks Derrick, you rock!! More

First, it just took SO LONG.....much too long....way too long...to accomplish something that should not require that much time. We left at 3pm Saturday, deal done, except for loan approval and paperwork...w long...to accomplish something that should not require that much time. We left at 3pm Saturday, deal done, except for loan approval and paperwork...which we got a call that it was approved etc around 5 ish......we asked them to get the papers ready and we will come in later and sign them....we got there at 7pm and waited and waited and waited....when we finally got in to sign the papers it was after 845 pm and they STILL did not have our papers ready. That was really, really disappointing and frustrating. One other thing that was deeply diappointing ...... We got a voice msg from Jim around 9pm Friday, saying that he thought the 10k out the door was do-able with 500 down and the trade....when we got to negotiation time we quickly discovered that 10K out the door WAS NEVER do-able. We did not even get to 10K with tax, title and registration. Wished Jim would have been more upfront and honest about that. I have bought 4 cars from Murdock Lindon and always left with a very positive expereince, except this one. I know you are asking if I will be in for #5.and if I reccomend Murdock of Lindon...I am not certain about that reponse either. More

My husband and I wanted to purchase our first brand new car and trade in our old one. We had gone to a Mazda dealership and it was just out right a terrible experience. The sales man was not personable or friendly and didn't seem to care about what we really wanted or needed. I was very uncomfortable there and wanted to get out as soon as possible. When we came to Hyundai, the experience was completely different. Bryon came out while we were looking at the cars and immediately put us at ease with his friendliness. He asked questions that made us feel like he truly wanted to help us find the perfect car. We had a pretty good idea of what we already wanted but were on a tight budget. Bryon and the rest of the team that helped us truly helped us find a car that fit for what we could afford. I didn't feel like they were trying to hide any hidden costs and were extremely helpful, friendly, and professional the entire time. Just because of the Hyundai team alone I would buy a car there. But also we absolutely love our new car. Thank you for helping us and not trying to cheat us out of what we needed and wanted! More
