Willie helped us about a yr ago trade in our car, he was very helpful and kind. We decided to come to him again when we went to trade in again. The only thing I didn't like was how long it took. We were there for about 5 hrs, that was probably out of his control, I know there was waiting to hear back from the bank. My expierence with Jake was awesome. He was very helpful and not at all pushy when I was looking for my car. I went in looking for a good car that would be dependable and get me to work every day for the next few years. I was immediately impressed with Jake's quick response to my online inquiry and his follow up b and get me to work every day for the next few years. As I arrived at the dealership the whole staff was friendly and professional. Jake was very patient as we browsed around the lot looking at different options even though the dealership was about to close. He was more than happy to let us take any car for a ride and check it out. He was very knowledgeable and understood the product he was selling. More than that, he was excited about the brand of cars he was selling and really likes them himself. We kept Jake and his team at the dealership until after 11pm to finish up the deal. Not once did we feel rushed. Jake himself stayed with me until midnight to be sure to walk me through the purchase and show me all of the features of the car before I drove it away. I was extremely impressed with the staff at Murdock and will definitely recommend their dealership to anyone who is looking to buy a car. Since then I have taken my car in to be washed (Free for life) and the service department showed the same service and friendliness as the sales team. I will always be a fan of Murdock Hyundai. More
