We had went in for repairs on are other vehicle and we wanted to look at the new models. Eric was very interested in helping to find a car they was all understanding when the wife had got cold feet and we wanted to look at the new models. The car we had wanted they didn't have so they searched for it and called the next day and said they had found it and if we may be interested the wife said OK and they sent someone to go pick it up. When I had got up there to pick it up Eric spent a great deal of time going threw the features and answering questions that I had the next day we was headed up to do some shopping and lost a tire with only 450 miles on it took it back and they warrantied it. So in conclusion are experience with the dealership as a whole was very good and I would definitely buy another car and recommend them to others More

I went to Murdock Hyundai of Lindon to look at a use Toyota Corolla that they had for sale. Lance and Mason were very friendly, and helpful. I made a deal on the car, but when taking it for a final drive to pick up a cashier check from my credit union to pay for the car, I realized that the rattle that was in the front portion of the car was still there. I was disappointed. I was promised that it would be taken care of, but it had not been repaired. When speaking to the sales men they felt that they had done all that they could do for the car, and could not invest any more money to resolve this problem. I had put money down on the car, but requested it back. I had to speak with the manager about the refund. I did and the problem was resolved in a very honorable manner to my sanctification. These are honest people. I did not purchase the car, but was treated fair. I was assured that next Monday that they would have a refund check for me to pick up. More

Had a great experience with Murdock Hyundai after a harrowing experience with our Santa Fe. We had a transmission issue and being under warranty, Hyundai arranged to have the car towed to Murdock for r harrowing experience with our Santa Fe. We told Zane it was our only vehicle and even though the service department was very busy, they were able to squeeze us in and get the repairs done before the weekend. Throughout the day, Zane kept us updated on the status of the diagnostics and then the repairs, and that was greatly appreciated. It's great to know we have a great service option for our beloved Hyundai if and when we need it again! More
