Regardless of if I was buying a car or not, they were always friendly and inviting. They answered all of my questions honestly and were very open to negotiation and worked with me for a long LONG time, just to insure my satisfaction. I recommend Ryan B to anybody looking to buy a car that needs a little direction but doesn't want to be forced into something. He is extremely personable and full of knowledge. I always assumed a finance department to try and tack on every little expense, but Hyrum B explained every single offer in detail, so I knew exactly what I was getting and what I wasn't. When I said no to an add on, he didn't pressure me at ALL. It was the perfect balance of salesmanship and politeness. I got and paid for exactly what I wanted, no hidden fees or secrets with this dealership. My mom was right on the money to send me here; (She had Ryan K as a salesman and he was equally as fantastic as Ryan B). I had to write a review because I'm skeptical about everything, and this is one place I want to reassure any skeptic about. It's truly what a good dealership is all about.
