I had a very nice experience with this dealership and especially with my sales rep, Ryan. This was my first auto purchase and he was very helpful and friendly. He provided me with a lot of new informatio especially with my sales rep, Ryan. This was my first auto purchase and he was very helpful and friendly. He provided me with a lot of new information. I could tell that he is a salesman and was doing his job selling me a product. However, he did it in a way where I did not feel any pressure. He and the staff also went out of there way to make the process easier for me. They provided special accommodations which allowed me to take the car to show to my parents who could not come with me. I would have liked the price to be lower, however, I feel like I was treated very well and that everyone was up front and honest with me. Overall, it was a very good experience and I would recommend this dealership to family and friends. More

I am a unique customer in that I have a brother-in-law who works for a Hyundai dealership in Iowa (I get a family discount). Obviously, my brother-in-law couldn't assist me in person, so I was directed t who works for a Hyundai dealership in Iowa (I get a family discount). Obviously, my brother-in-law couldn't assist me in person, so I was directed to Cameron as my sales consultant. During the car buying process, we encountered a lot of issues with the employee family purchase program (a lot of conflicting information), however, Cameron was always great to work with and was able to get to the bottom of the problem quickly! The problems encountered seemed to stem from Hyundai corporate and not Cameron or Murdock Hyundai. At times, I felt bad for Cameron having to put up with me and the issues experienced but he was always professional and courteous. In a nutshell, Cameron made the car buying process excellent! When the time comes to purchase another car, I will make Cameron and Murdock Hyundai my first stop! More

I came in looking for a new vehicle that was more fuel efficient and more attractive. I had an older vehicle, title free, with higher mileage. I also came in with a tight budget that had to be met. Thankfully, I was introduced to Andrew May who was able to make magic and get the right deal for me. Any questions I had were answered with complete honesty, even if it meant the loss of a sale. That's the best thing I loved about my experience with Murdock Hyundai; it wasn't about the sale, it was about my experience and my overall satisfaction regardless of a sale. While I was waiting between deals and agreements, the lounge was comfortable and accommodating with clean bathrooms, refreshments, and entertainment. When financing was ready to be completed, my time had run short and I needed to be back at the office. Again, Murdock Hyundai saved the day with Hyrum Christensen who made all the paperwork and red tape a breeze. More
When you go to Murdock Hyundai looking for a specific salesman and that salesman is not available, leave. If the first thing said to you by a salesman is "well it looks like you are stuck with me becaus salesman and that salesman is not available, leave. If the first thing said to you by a salesman is "well it looks like you are stuck with me because Lynn is busy", leave. When your instincts cause you to say, "I will come back in on Monday and speak with Jacob", because someone is trying to push you to accept a deal that your budget does not allow, leave. When a salesman speaks of your father / step-father as the "real dad / the bad dad" while your step-father is standing there, leave. When a salesman follows that up with "the blood dad / the dad that bleeds", leave. When the salesman tells you that he works with new cars primarily and that he doesn't prefer to deal with used cars and your budget will only allow you to buy a used car, leave. When the car you finally choose yourself after having multiple suggestions from the salesman that will not fit your budget does not start because it has a dead battery, leave. The only redeeming part of my visit to the dealership on that day is that my "step-father", the "bad dad" or the "dad that bleeds" was able to work me through the process of finding a car over the phone with my father, the "real dad" or the "blood dad" that fit my budget. I am thrilled with my car but I will be very cautious about who I work with in any future transportation purchase decisions. More
We bought a used 2010 Chevy Malibu. The whole buying experience was very pleasant and enjoyable. Jared was very nice to talk to and very helpful. He was able to accommodate all our needs. I should probably start with saying that I HATE buying cars, but I LOVED working with Jeff at Murdock. I went to Murdock after visiting another dealership, and I really should have just started at Murdoc cars, but I LOVED working with Jeff at Murdock. I went to Murdock after visiting another dealership, and I really should have just started at Murdock. Unlike other dealerships, the sales people don't swarm you the moment you drive on the lot. I was able to cruise through the cars, determine a few I wanted to look at, and then walk into the building before Jeff kindly offered to show me some cars. We drove a few, I fell in love with the Hyundai Sonata Hybrid, and then when I said I wanted to think about it, there was no pressure. The next day I visited a few other dealerships, and at the end of the day, I still ended up back at Murdock, where I drove away in a brand new Sonata Hybrid. Overall, the car buying experience at Hyundai was fairly painless. More
