Honestly I was dreading the experience just to get the information I wanted on the new Veloster. Eric approached me in a manner that was charismatic and didn't seem to pressure me into anything, he was simply there to help. If it wasn't for him, I wouldn't be driving the funnest vehicle I've ever owned right now! Not to mention the finance manager I spoke with, Hyrum, really made the deal complete with an even better deal on an already great warranty. Thanks guys! More

I made contact with salesman Lance Teeples I checked out the Hyundai's on line. I noticed a couple of vehicles that I wanted additional information. I made contact with salesman Lance Teeples on line. He answered all my questions that I needed. I told him what vehicle I wanted and to get the paper work started. I arrived at the dealership and made contact with Lance. He made sure I was well treated. Paul Tew, General Manager introduced himself to me. He was extremely friendly and put my time at the dealership at ease. The experience and prices were so great that I traded in the vehicle I drove up in and drove home with two new Hyundais. Thank you for your service! More
Poor Customer Service All The Way Around I am deeply disappointed in my interactions with Lance. He has been the WORST sales agent I have ever interacted with. He was VERY slow to get me th I am deeply disappointed in my interactions with Lance. He has been the WORST sales agent I have ever interacted with. He was VERY slow to get me the info I needed to purchase a vehicle and I never received a response back to about half my questions. It was evident that he was not willing to put the effort in to make a sale by answering simple questions/providing information or make me feel like a valued customer. When I let him know I was not satisfied with his service and will be looking to interact with a different sales agent, he was very RUDE and would not accept responsibility for his lousy customer service. I honestly do not know how he could make a living being in sales. It is unfortunate because he and possibly Murdock lost out on my business. I recommend going with ANY sales person other than Lance. More

Could not be happier! This is my first time buying a car. I had a car I was paying for, but it was under my dad's name and was therefor his car. My dad and I showed up to the dealership and took a look around for a few moments. The moment we stepped inside, we received service from a salesman. We showed him which car we were interested in. We wanted to see about trading in the car I was making payments on, so we we opted not to buy a car that night. However, Aaron Handy (our salesman) called us right away when some other customers came in to look at the car. We didn't get back in time, but Aaron found us another car with all the same features. It was in my price range and had everything I wanted! But what I was really impressed with was Aaron's attitude. He was very friendly and took the time to talk to us. Not just in an attempt to make a sale but to to get to know us and to understand what I wanted. More

Our salesman Willie with a big smile on his face, did not come running over to us as if he was going to hound us to buy a vehicle but instead gave us a calm friendly greeting to ask if he could help us with anything. We told him what we were looking for & that we wanted to test drive the truck. He ended up being great from the beginning to the end. Unlike the other dealers & salesman we have dealt with, Willie did not ask us to look at something we weren't looking for & he kept things honest & to the point which again was great. When we were ready to look at numbers Willie welcomed us into his office offering us drinks & snack & also pulled out a toy or two to keep my toddler & 6month old busy!
