Also, I can't remember Hans (German last name) but he was very helpful as well in providing me with a loaner car until my Equus was ready for delivery, after I turned back my 2012 S-Class Mercedes. He and all the others I worked with have bent over backwards to satisfy my every whim... It took sometime for me to convert from a Mercedes to a Hyundai. For the past 25 years, I have owned multiple Mercedes S-Classes, Multiple BMW's including X-5, 740Li, & 645CI, Lexus LS, LX and CS convertible. It was Willie that helped me through the mental & emotional process of changing brands. The super star of the operation was Willie Rahlf, he was my direct & main salesperson that took my text messages and phone calls day or night and even on his day off and even after a wedding for one of his kids. He is a great example of customer service and represents Murdock and Hyundai very professionally. He is the type of salesperson others should try to emulate to be like. I plan on buying additional cars from Willie and Murdock Hyundai in the near future. More

I forgot to clean out the bottom compartment in the center console of my trade-in, Todd W., my salesman secured my belongings (which included two counter checks) and had them waiting for me at the desk on Monday morning to pick up. Every step of my interaction was met with honesty and integrity, I did not feel mislead or pressured at any time. Thanks for being so great, I will be back!!! More

In addition, lack of communication made the man (I don't remember his name at the moment) with forms for me to sign not see me and so I waited another 30 minutes to finish things up. This made me about 1½ hours late for somewhere I was supposed to be. Fortunately, I was just spending time with friends, but if I had somewhere vital to be, this would have been a much bigger problem. More

No pressure or overbearing sales tactics Derick Thorn was great to work with. Very professional & friendly. Didn't use any pushy or overbearing sales tactics. He was very knowledgeable. He brought my wife & me back to the break room for pizza & drinks while we were waiting for some of our questions to be answered. I was in a time crunch the day I bought and he rushed the paperwork through the system. Only issue was we purchased a warranty and Derick thought it was a 10-year warranty when we later found out (before we left) that it was a 5-year warranty. It's apparent, though, that it was an accidental oversight ... we were asking lots of questions & also were in a hurry so I could see how some of the information got mixed up when relayed back to us. Very good experience ... I recommend the dealership & also highly recommend Derick. More
