You sold us on the extra warranty; but you forgot to mention that there is a deductible. Just after two weeks of owning in the car we had a problem with the back seat. As we were loading my then 3 day old son into his car seat the back seat wouldn't stay locked. We called and made an appointment to have it looked at. I took it in and you guys were so overbooked I couldn't wait much longer so I decided to make a second appointment. My wife took the car back in and you explained to her that there would be a charge of $50 plus any parts. That made my blood boil. I thought how could you charge us for something that was probably already broke before we bought it? After much pleading and begging like Oliver Twist, Casey Bingham finally agreed to have it fixed for free unless there was parts needed. Casey acted as if I was taking money right out of his pocket to have it fixed. The backseat just needed minor adjustments but no parts were needed. I thought that whole experience was unnecessary and you made yourselves look terrible. I thought I would let you know that I am never planning on doing any future business with your company. I plan on telling my friends and family about this whole experience. More
