(Three kids) We have purchased two Accents, a Tucson, two Santa Fe's and an older Pontiac. Willie Rahlf has been our salesman for the last several cars purchased; what a guy! Willie always goes above our expectation in the quality of service and attention. He spends enough time to make you feel like family and to be sure we leave 100 % satisfied. The 2013 Santa Fe we just bought only had one key, but Willie is on the case and we know he'll get us that 2nd Alex Helm was our salesman before he moved on-same story. The front receptionist knows us by name; Hyrum. The financial explained everything clearly with no pressure or unethical practices; we have dealt with dealers who treat customers badly Their service department is fast and efficient, We have worked with several different service advisors, and I highly recommend going straight to the service department and allow the experts to help you out. You've gotta come and see them 'cause you'll be treated with respect, fairness, and a good price when you do. More
Wonderful Experience at Murdock Hyundai! I was a little nervous about my visit in the beginning, seeing as it was my first time purchasing a new car and I wasn't sure how to go about it. Ever I was a little nervous about my visit in the beginning, seeing as it was my first time purchasing a new car and I wasn't sure how to go about it. Everyone I interacted with was friendly and helpful, and instead of sitting me down at a desk, Steve immediately began to show me the cars I was interested in. He went over each one thoroughly and (again without taking me inside) allowed me to test-drive the one that I quickly realized would be mine. He was not pushy, but did his best to make my experience comfortable and stress-free. Mason was also incredibly helpful, explaining the financial-side of things clearly so I understood what I was paying for. I appreciate how patient and understanding he was with all of my questions. I definitely recommend anyone who is looking into buying a Hyundai to visit this dealership. They will not be disappointed. More

We stopped by Murdock Hyundai in Lindon just to see how their vehicles compared to other SUV's we were looking at. Nick Rose helped us out, was knowledgeable about the vehicles, and helped us feel comfortable throughout the car buying experience. They were willing to have a vehicle brought to us from a different location and even hooked us up with some Free services for the life of the vehicle! We love our Santa Fe and have already spread the word to our friends and family about this awesome car dealership. More
Payment for services not rendered? They charged us $35 to reprogram the original key fob when it no longer worked. When they couldn't do what we paid them to do, they refused to refund us the money. All this while our car is under bumper to bumper warranty. I might come from a different philosophy of doing business, but charging someone for something that should be covered in a warranty, and then not fixing it is not an honest thing to do. My computer guy only charges me to fix my computer if he can fix it, and if he can't, there is no charge, regardless of how long he took to look at it. I can't believe that I payed them to render a service for me and no service was actually rendered. More

My Experience I went into Murdock Hyundai looking for a new car and hoping to find what I was looking for. They didn't have the one I really wanted in this particul I went into Murdock Hyundai looking for a new car and hoping to find what I was looking for. They didn't have the one I really wanted in this particular location. They found the car that I was looking for at another dealership about 4 hours away. They arranged to have the car I wanted transferred to their lindon location that night and it would be available for me to view the very next day. all of this being done with no pressure and in trying to find what I was looking for. Needless to say the car was there and looked amazing and I got a great deal on it. It was an amazing experience and ill be buying my fiancé a new car at this dealership in the spring of 2016 for sure. More

Best car buying experience! Our last car buying experience made us never want to purchase a car from a dealer again. That dealership is known for listening to their customers and they didn't hear a word we said. We felt pressured into purchasing our last car and were never satisfied with it. We finally decided it was time to trade it in. We met with Derick Thorn, who was very friendly and excited to help us find exactly what we were looking for. He gave us many options to choose from in our price range, and was able to help us decide if we wanted to lease or buy. We purchased a 2011 Jeep Grand Cherokee and were given a reasonable trade offer for our 2005 Nissan Murano. We love our new car and it was honestly the best car buying experience! More
