We were in charge and weren't lead around by some dealer that was more interested in selling us something just to get it off the lot. He listened! I told him exactly what I wanted, the price range and was lead to a huge selection of beautiful cars that matched the description I gave him. It only took one test drive and we were hooked! Our dealer gave us every discount available. He told me in the parking lot when I got there that they would do anything they could to send us home in a new car. He really did! I asked for additional discounts when we were sitting down to see if they were serious about my business. They were and I got them. Not only did we get a very attractive, amazing car, we also got peace of mind. We ended up getting free oil changes for life and a 100,000 mile 10 year bumper to bumper warranty with roadside assistance!! As an added bonus our dealer paired our phones with the car and showed us how to use everything before we left. We thought that was really cool! The finance office didn't do the paperwork correctly and required me to come back to resign. When I asked what my options were, I was met with hostility, attitude and predetermined motives as to what I wanted to happen with the car deal. I was hung up on twice, treated with disrespect and then demanded that I pay for items I had no control or effect over. WORST experience of my life. More
