I own a 2026 Acura mdx with 16,000 miles. My car died and was towed to Murdoch Acura. The initial repair on my car was unsuccessful. My car died in the middle of the road a second time only 3 My car died and was towed to Murdoch Acura. The initial repair on my car was unsuccessful. My car died in the middle of the road a second time only 3 hours after picking it up from the dealership. Service members asked if my car could be driven by a mechanic to ensure it was fully repaired after the second issue. When I picked my car up, it was dirty, and only had 1/4 a tank of gas. My car also needed an oil change in 50 miles. It would have been nice if the team would have taken time to fully ensure my vehicle was 'ready to go' after having it for 2 weeks. I was also extremely unimpressed with the service manager. I asked staff members to have her call me, and she never called. I am happy to provide additional details if someone would like to call me. I have owned an Acura mdx since 2009 and this is the worst service experience I have ever had. I have made the decision that I will no longer purchase Acura vehicles. More

Overall, it was very good. The tech found one problem with my alternator and then another electrical issue. Elijah was considerate and helpful. My only issue was that I brought the car in on a Friday and Elijah was not aware that the tech had the day off on Saturday. Elijah did arrange for a loaner vehicle. More
