I had work completed, and the associate that cleans the car did not vacuum the back seat. After calling multiple times to request a call back, and not receiving one I requested to report this oversight to car did not vacuum the back seat. After calling multiple times to request a call back, and not receiving one I requested to report this oversight to the manager. I did not receive a call back from the manager on duty. Frustrated I drove from South County back to Mungenast to speak to someone face-to-face. The manager on duty escorted me back to my vehicle at which time I pointed out the oversight. He looked, shook my hand, and told me he would have the associate reach back out to me to reschedule. Never even received a call back. I’m not satisfied with the customer service. Both my wife, and I have owned the Lexus brand for years. I’m not sure why me, nor my wife were given the respect we deserve. I am a middle age black professional, and I carry myself as such, so I don’t believe he stereotyped me as anything other than that. I would like them to know a customer always has choices were, and with whom to spend their money. More

Late hour nobody will help We came in after 5:40 Pm to drop off the car for next day service. Finally I had to get in to the lodge to find my husband. At this moment there was a car arrived, he was lucky, although he was behind us, someone gave him a number helped him. I was very upset and asked the guy why? Finally a guy spent less a minute to accept the key.We left there after 6:20 PM. My suggestion to the owner is to open a self help desk. So you don't have to waste money to pay those service people who are not doing their job. More

The Best Of Everything I relocated to St. Louis from Virginia 3 years ago and had such great service over some 10 years with my Lexus dealer in Alexandria, VA, that I dreade I relocated to St. Louis from Virginia 3 years ago and had such great service over some 10 years with my Lexus dealer in Alexandria, VA, that I dreaded having to find a new service provider. Luckily, I found Mungenast. It has been a pleasure working with them on servicing the third Lexus I have owned. The facilities are first rate as is the service. I would give the service providers a sixth star if that was an option. The only "improvement" that I would suggest is to add some kind of high backed chair in the waiting area so I could nap. More
