A glitch rates this time slightly lower than usual Normally I give this dealership 5 stars all round. This time a part had to be ordered before I brought the car in to have that part replaced. I made Normally I give this dealership 5 stars all round. This time a part had to be ordered before I brought the car in to have that part replaced. I made the appointment more than a week ahead of time, and was told the part would be ordered right away, and it would be there when I came in for my appointment last Fri. However, a few minutes after I had checked in on the day scheduled, I was told, with great apologies, that no one had ordered the part. I was given a loaner, left my car, with the assurance that in all probability, the part would be in the following morning, and I could pick up my car that afternoon. The next morning, I was called, with further apologies, telling me that the truck bringing the part had been "misdirected," and that it wouldn't be in until Mon. I was able to keep the loaner, and indeed, my car was ready for pick-up that Mon. The work was fine, and Curt Blankenship, the service representative, was exceedingly apologetic on behalf of the dealership, and very kind throughout this whole situation. I have nothing but good things to say about him. My real complaint is with the person who should have ordered the part in the first place, and had that been done, the part would have been there waiting for me on the original day scheduled, and all of this could have been avoided. With all that being said, I will say this is incredibly unusual for Mungenast service. They have always provided great service throughout the 25 yrs. I have done business with them. However, I will assume that this was a "one off" experience, and look forward to great service in the future. More

The decision was made easy for me ever since I started visiting Munganest Lexus and dealing with Matt Wiese in service. Matt works for the customer, not against them. He is very knowledgeable and very timely. He worked with Lexus to get my car repaired in a professional manor. I have many other makes and models such as Mercedes and BMW, but indivduals such as Matt make me want to stay loyal to Lexus. At most other dealerships, service advisors hardly ever call you or return your calls. However, that is not the case with Munganest and Matt. Keep it up! More

Ashley Wunning was a delight to work with when I recently brought my car in for service. In her "easy to understand" manner, she explained and made clear the process of the work to be done, about getting a brought my car in for service. She was also able to assist me with some settings on my car, that I had not been using at this time.
